At Holden we know how devastating an accident can be for our customers.
That’s why we initiated Accident Care. It’s a complete program to provide Holden owners with the best service, the highest quality repairs and the confidence and peace of mind that their vehicle will be as safe and sound after an accident as it was before.
As part of that, we are building a network of certified collision repairers who share our passion for customer care, professionalism and quality workmanship and we are looking for businesses that meet our certification criteria.
If you are interested in being assessed to become part of the Holden Certified Collision Repair Network, you will need to demonstrate the highest quality skillsets and a commitment to using only Holden Genuine Parts and GM Approved Repair procedures.
Your customer care will second to none, your repair facility will have well-trained, skilled and experienced staff and will be equipped with all the essential tools and equipment to repair modern Holden vehicles at the highest level.

The Applications Process and Timing
The Holden Certified Collision Repair Network application is an in-depth procedure comprising several components including I-CAR training and a detailed on-site inspection visit from the program administrators.
To ensure that we are working with the best of the best, and develop the premier certified collision repair network, a thorough review of every eligible application will require a state-by-state schedule.
